Adjusting to parenting can be a landmine. One can experience joy, shame, frustration, adoration, and heartbreak, all in a day’s work, while living in a society that often isolates, judges, and makes martyrs of parents. It is natural for this new stage of life to bring up things from past stages, which can be confusing and dysregulating. I hope to provide a different experience. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health, birth trauma, and fetal and infant loss, and have worked with children and parents for the length of my career. Whether you are a parent for the first or fifth time, a biological parent, or a foster or adoptive parent, whether you are a parent who has experienced loss or infertility, or are the parent of a rainbow baby, I am here to support you as you support yours.
